All sales of products and services are final. Lyfe RX adheres to a strict no-refund policy.

You acknowledge and agree that you are paying for services rendered by licensed medical professionals and for prescription products prepared by partner pharmacies.

Any request for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted or denied at the sole discretion of Lyfe RX.

In the rare event that a refund is approved at our discretion, the refund amount will be processed less any and all fees incurred by the company for services that have already been rendered or costs that have been incurred. These non-refundable fees include, but are not limited to:

  • Fees for medical consultations, provider visits, or any services performed by our affiliated medical professionals.

  • Fees for medical intake processing, review, and administrative setup.

  • Any pharmacy processing fees, medication costs, or shipping and handling costs that have been incurred.

By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and the non-refundable nature of these service fees.
